LEAD TIMES - Lead times will vary depending on the item purchased, from as little as 1 week or as long as 16 weeks depending on manufacturing and shipping times. An order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after you place your order, and you will be further advised within 2-3 business days on an estimated time of arrival for your item(s). We always strive to deliver your items within the specified timeframe, however please note that lead times are an estimate only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
DELIVERY
Standard Delivery - A delivery address is required to qualify for the standard delivery option. Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes. Shipping is based on the size and weight of item. Standard delivery does not include unpack or assembly of your item. This can be arranged at an extra charge if required, please call our showroom to discuss. If you wish to arrange your own delivery service please use the Store Pick Up function.
Store Pick Up - All items have the ability to be collected at our Rockhampton Showroom free of charge! Customer pickups on all items are done so at the bearer's responsibility and damage claims will not be accepted.
+ CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For regular dusting use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Dry with a soft clean cloth. Do not use abrasive products when cleaning.
