IMG is located in Sykkylven, Norway – famous for its steep mountains and deep fjords as well as the production and development center for Scandinavian comfort recliners.
Within every chair and sofa — you will discover IMG’s drive for excellence. Their philosophy combines the science of body correct ergonomics with old-world craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology. The entire range is designed, engineered and tested by their Norwegian product development team and produced in IMG’s own vertically integrated manufacturing companies in Vietnam and Thailand.
IMG BY DESIGN
The human body is the pattern for every piece of seating IMG create. Understanding the needs of people is paramount to the success IMG enjoy’s in making comfortable and supportive furniture. They study the human body so they can develop and deliver furniture that is easy to live with, that balances creative design with comfort, as well as health, thoughtful ergonomics and space efficiency.
The IMG Design Centre is located in Sykkylven, Norway and the products are designed by a team of Norwegian designers and engineers who for decades have created furniture according to the virtues of strength, durability, stability, effortless function, beauty and most importantly lasting healthy comfort.
