CONSTRUCTION -

Frame
Kiln-dried hardwood frame is precision-cut with corner blocking joins. Bent plywood shaped shell creates the overall shape and construction of the frame. Joints are glued, double-doweled, and corner-blocked for extra stability.
A combination of high-tension webbing for long seat support and Sinuous wire spring suspension is used for longevity and comfort.

Steel Base mechanism and full gas lift and tilt mechanism for swivel, full height adjustment float tilt and 360-degree movement. Oak flat style cap on five-star base.
Seat cushions upholstery created with high resilience foam and a jacket of silky microfiber for a luxurious feel for added comfort and easy maintenance.
Set atop a smooth rolling caster base the barrel shaped design has a tight back and seat – accented tailored stitching and perfect level sloping arms contour with the body for superior comfort.

LEAD TIMES - Lead times will vary depending on the item purchased, from as little as 1 week or as long as 16 weeks depending on manufacturing and shipping times. An order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after you place your order, and you will be further advised within 2-3 business days on an estimated time of arrival for your item(s). We always strive to deliver your items within the specified timeframe, however please note that lead times are an estimate only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

DELIVERY

Standard Delivery - A delivery address is required to qualify for the standard delivery option. Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes. Shipping is based on the size and weight of item. Standard delivery does not include unpack or assembly of your item or guarantee a two (2) man delivery service. This can be arranged at an extra charge if required, please call our showroom to discuss. If you wish to arrange your own delivery service please use the Store Pick Up function.

Store Pick Up - All items have the ability to be collected at our Rockhampton Showroom free of charge! Store pick up must be booked in with a minimum of 48 hours notice by phoning (07) 4927 5919.

+ CARE & WARRANTY

CARE INSTRUCTIONS - For regular dusting ensure your sofa is vacuumed regularly using gentle low suction and a soft brush accessory. Protect from direct sunlight and any sources of heat. Clean all spots and stains by attending to them as soon as possible. Gently remove soil or mop any liquid from the surface, do not saturate the cover material or the cushion filling with water or other cleaning fluids. You may spot clean with a dry cleaning solvent, however it is recommended that you use a professional dry cleaning service for regular cleaning.
