LEAD TIMES - Lead times will vary depending on the item purchased, from as little as 1 week or as long as 16 weeks depending on manufacturing and shipping times. An order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after you place your order, and you will be further advised within 2-3 business days on an estimated time of arrival for your item(s). We always strive to deliver your items within the specified timeframe, however please note that lead times are an estimate only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

DELIVERY

Standard Delivery - A delivery address is required to qualify for the standard delivery option. Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes. Shipping is based on the size and weight of item. Standard delivery does not include unpack or assembly of your item or guarantee a two (2) man delivery service. This can be arranged at an extra charge if required, please call our showroom to discuss. If you wish to arrange your own delivery service please use the Store Pick Up function.

Store Pick Up - All items have the ability to be collected at our Rockhampton Showroom free of charge! Store pick up must be booked in with a minimum of 48 hours notice by phoning (07) 4927 5919.

+ CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Vacuum your rug regularly as shedding of loose fibres will occur with a new rug (do not use a rotating or brush head on the vacuum cleaner). Promptly clean spills by blotting with a clean, undyed cloth. Do not dry clean or use harsh chemicals that could damage or fade your rug. Never fold your rug for storage or keep in an airtight bag. Avoid direct or continuous exposure to sunlight and rotate your rug to promote even wear. Professional cleaning is recommended on occasion to ensure the long life of your rug.
